Invite-only beta terms
These terms govern access to the experimental Omnious service operated by Omnious. By accepting an invite or using the beta, you agree to them.
The beta
Omnious is experimental software that auctions model-inference requests and settles metered use in USDC. Features, providers, pricing, availability, chains, and interfaces may change or be withdrawn. The beta is provided for evaluation, not safety-critical, regulated, or high-risk decision making.
Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18, legally able to agree, permitted to use cryptoassets and the service in your location, and responsible for your wallet, device, invite, API keys, revocation capabilities, and connected accounts. Do not share access or attempt to bypass beta limits.
Payments
- Each paid request displays or returns a maximum USDC authorisation. Metered actual use determines the final charge, subject to the stated x402 scheme and receipt.
- Exact-scheme overage is refunded after epoch close; upto-scheme settlement transfers only the metered amount. Failed delivery is not charged as a successful completion.
- Network, wallet, stablecoin, smart-contract, provider, and market-price risks remain. USDC is not a bank deposit and Omnious does not provide custody, investment, tax, legal, or financial advice.
- Contact support@omnious.xyz promptly with a receipt/request identifier for a disputed charge. Do not send private keys or OAuth tokens.
Your content and public shares
You retain rights in content you submit and grant the limited rights needed to route, process, secure, and deliver it. You must have permission to submit it. A public share sends the selected prompts and replies to anyone with the link for up to 30 days; it may be copied by recipients even after you revoke the Omnious link.
Connected services and model output
Third-party providers apply their own terms and may process data in other jurisdictions. Model output can be wrong, incomplete, insecure, or offensive. Review outputs and every connector approval before relying on or executing them. You remain responsible for actions approved in your connected accounts.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access for security, legal, payment, capacity, abuse, or beta-management reasons. You may stop using the service and disconnect integrations at any time. Terms that by nature should survive—including payment, ownership, disclaimers, and liability provisions—continue after access ends.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” without promises of uninterrupted availability, output accuracy, provider identity, savings, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Omnious is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits/data, third-party services, or user-approved actions; aggregate liability relating to the beta is limited to the greater of USDC 100 or fees you paid in the prior three months.
Changes and law
We may update these terms for the beta, but will give reasonable notice of material changes. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are unaffected. Your contract is with Omnious, Address supplied in the beta invitation. These terms are governed by the law stated in the beta invitation, and disputes are subject to the courts stated in the beta invitation, without limiting any mandatory consumer right to use another court or law.
