Acceptable use
These rules protect beta users, providers, connected services, and the payment rail.
Do not use Omnious to
- break the law, violate sanctions or export controls, infringe rights, or process content you are not entitled to use;
- generate or facilitate malware, credential theft, fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment, exploitation, or serious physical harm;
- submit highly sensitive personal, medical, financial, authentication, or confidential data unless you have assessed and accepted the provider and connector risks;
- probe private systems, bypass access controls/rate limits, scrape the service, manipulate auctions, collude, replay signatures, evade payment, or disrupt providers;
- use output as the sole basis for employment, credit, insurance, housing, legal, medical, policing, weapons, or other high-impact decisions.
Automation
You may use agents and API clients within published budgets and rate limits. You are responsible for their spend caps, prompts, outputs, connector approvals, and ability to stop. Do not design unattended loops that can create unbounded cost or external side effects.
Enforcement
We may block a request, provider, connector action, wallet, or invite while investigating abuse. Report urgent abuse or compromised access to security@omnious.xyz.
